Business financial diagnosis is using a series of methods to work out the level of financial management,and to find out the problems existed in the financial management,and to put forward suggestions for improvement as the aim of improving the financial management process.Financial diagnosis has the characteristics of independence,confidentiality,complexity,science,autonomy,service and so on..Business financial diagnosis process generally includes collecting and dealing with the financial data,and analyzing and diagnosing the financial data,and arriving at a conclusion according to the diagnosis which includes problems,solutions and suggestions for improvement.The traditional financial diagnosis usually use simple statistical analysis method or the subjective experience to deal with to the collected financial data.For there is generally a large number of financial data accumulated,if we use more advanced statistical analysis methods for the financial data to identify key data,it will be able to make financial diagnosis work more efficient.This thesis hopes to improve the data processing and the accuracy and effectiveness of financial diagnosis through the application of clustering analysis and factor analysis.In this thesis,we take financial report in 2010-2014 of Shenyang Machine Tool Co.,Ltd as data sources,based on the primary financial diagnosis index.First of all,we process the financial diagnosis index by the cluster analysis,excluding the highly relevant indicators to complete selection of financial diagnosis index.Secondly,the main factors of the financial diagnosis index are extracted by the factor analysis,and calculating the score of each factor and comprehensive score,and selecting the core financial diagnosis indexes which are more representative.Thirdly,we compare with the average level of the machine tool industry by the radar chart,and select the financial diagnosis indexes which are lower than the average level as the key financial diagnosis indexes,and analyze the main influencing factors based on the trend analysis method.Finally,we arrive a financial diagnosis conclusion of the Shenyang Machine Tool Co.,Ltd,and put forward suggestions for improvement.
