| Based on the period of 1999-2012 of Chinese high-tech industry,technological innovation efficiency is calculated with Round Robin method.The technological innovation input is divided into two parts:R&D input and non R&D input further.The different effects on technological innovation efficiency that technological innovation input makes are explored with Pearson correlation index,Griliches-Jaffe production function and Tobit model among subordinate five typical industries in Chapter 4.Finally,several conclusions and feasible suggestions are provided on how to improve technological innovation efficiency of Chinese high-tech industry.The results indicate that:(1)As a whole,the technological innovation efficiency is low,further improvement is needed.The subordinate five typical industries are selected from highest to lowest technological innovation efficiency as follows:Manufacture of Computers and Office Equipment,Manufacture of Electronic Equipment,Manufacture of Medicines,Manufacture of Medical Equipments and Measuring Instrument,Manufacture of Aircrafts and Spacecrafts and Related Equipment.In the long term,the gap on technological innovation efficiency among subordinate five industries is narrowed.(2)Both R&D input and non R&D input play an important role in improving technological innovation efficiency.Specifically,Manufacture of Medicines and Manufacture of Medical Equipments and Measuring Instrument are non R&D input oriented industries.Manufacture of Aircrafts and Spacecraftsand Related Equipment is R&D input oriented industry.However,R&D input and non R&Dinput make the same difference in Manufacture of Computers and Office Equipment,Manufacture of Electronic Equipment and Manufacture of Medicines.(3)There are similardevelopment patterns between Manufacture of Computers and Office Equipment,Manufacture of Electronic Equipment and Manufacture of Medicines,as well as between Manufacture of Medicines and Manufacture of Medical Equipments and MeasuringInstrument.Currently,in terms of the measurement of technological innovation efficiency,most academics use absolute value,but relative value is selected in this paper in order to get more accurate dynamic technological innovation efficiency. |
