In the new era of scientific and economic development,technological innovation has always been the backbone of China's economic progress.As a leading industry in China,high-tech industries are advanced,highly penetrative,and innovative.They represent China's overall competitiveness and have a major impact on the transformation of economic development methods.However,in the process of technological innovation,there are also problems of green development such as environmental pollution and ecosystem destruction.With the progress of the times,people are more and more aware that promoting green technological innovation is the fundamental guarantee for economic and natural friendly and cooperative development.China has also continuously put forward the concept of green development in the new era.At present,how to effectively promote the progress of technological innovation capabilities under the background of the concept of green development has become an important issue for the healthy development of our economy.Therefore,the research purpose of this article is to construct a scientific evaluation system,integrate the concept of green development,evaluate the green technology innovation capability of high-tech industries,and provide important reference for the formulation of green technology innovation and development policies in some regions.This paper takes the high-tech industry green technology innovation capabilities of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object,combs the relevant literature at home and abroad,and selects from innovation input,innovation absorption,expected output,innovation input Establish an indicator system in five aspects of natural environment and supporting capabilities;quote real data of the relevant indicators of the high-tech industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2012 to 2016,select the entropy method to determine the weight of each indicator;and then select the gray clustering method to comprehensively evaluate the Yangtze River economy Bring green technology innovation capabilities of high-tech industries in various provinces and cities.The research shows that under the background of integration into the green environment,the green technology innovation capability of the high-tech industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has developed steadily in the past five years,the downstream green technology innovation capability is generally high,and the upstream green technology innovation capability is basically at a low level.The average is at a medium level.In the past five years,the high-tech industries in the Yangtze River Economic Belthave had significant differences in green technology innovation input,innovation absorption,expected output,natural environment,and support capacity.The empirical analysis of the research method in this paper can also find that the evaluation of green technology innovation capability of high-tech industries can be measured by this method,and effective suggestions can be put forward through analysis and comparison to improve the green technology innovation capabilities of provinces and cities.
