Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Management Of Floating Population Inthe Urbanization Of Longchuan County

County urbanization construction is an important part of new urbanization in China.Floating population across town in the county is the key factors of county urbanization,analysis of the current situation and problems about the floating population across town in the county, the study on promoting county urbanization of countermeasures, accelerating to achieve the integration of urban and rural areas, has the unusual significance in the new urbanization. Based on this, this paper focus on the practice problems of floating population across town in the county in Longchuan County,in order to ensure that research with pertinence and practicability. In the process of investigation and study,pragmatic attitude,starting from the first hand data of Longchuan County,the floating population to master, try to find out Longchuan County, floating population problem causes, and strive to explore solutions, so as to make the countermeasures and measures more practical,with the viewpoint of procceed from actual countermeasures and measures are put forward to the problems in Longchuan County, the floating population across town in China,as well as the floating population across town problems, more can as the stones from other hills, hoping thereby to other urban areas with the reference and help.The first part of this paper, elaborates the research background, research purpose and significance, research status at home and abroad, research methods and main contents, and lay the foundation for the following research.The second part of this paper, explain the concept of floating population, urbanization,new urbanization and other related concepts, as the theoretical basis of social integration,regional coordinated development, in situ urbanization theory.The third part of this paper, mainly conducted a survey on the present situation of Longchuan County,the current Longchuan County of the floating population.This paper adopted the questionnaire survey and interviews, the basic situation of Longchuan County,the floating people living situation and development needs of the detailed analysis and comparison,the basic of Longchuan County,the floating population in the vein of the road, the basic data for the study of Longchuan County, the inflow and outflow data, floating population into the urban social integration, education, see a doctor, employment, housing,social security and other aspects of the situation, to provide true and effective.The fourth part of this paper, according to the related investigation, expounds the existing problems of the current Longchuan County of the floating population urbanizationprocess, including into the outbreak of cities, urban integration degree is low, liquidity strong,service management is not good, the outflow of population management is difficult to trace, "left behind children" "empty nesters",the loss of resources in ruralareas and so on.In the fifth part of this paper, through the analysis of the advanced experience and understanding of the development of domestic employment, demonstration county to the new situation, Longchuan County, to promote employment of the floating population,has a certain significance. Proposed that inflows to take overall management, co-ordination to promote the equalization of public services, inflow of population urbanization, the building of a harmonious livable city, solve the inflow of population employment and living problems,improve the service level of management; outflow to advocate for in situ urbanization, good characteristics of small towns development, protect the rural resources, solve rural left behind children, empty nesters worries; and then realize the "double" interaction, to carry out a good regional cooperation, establish an information platform, search services and complementary improve working mechanism, a series of measures to solve the problem.Finally, the floating population urbanization is a vety important social problems,and effectively handle the problems of population,has a very important significance for the stability and development of the construction of China’s social economy,and provide a reference for the small and medium-sized cities in the urban population,and explain the direction fo current research issues and it still needs to be done in the future.
