Research On The Relationship Between Corporate Green Practice And Business Performance Of Green Supply Chain

In the process of the rapid economic development,a lot of energy and high carbon material have been consumed,which leads to the increase in carbon dioxide emissions and global warming.The survival and development of human beings also has suffered serious threat.Thus,solving the problem has become an important task of the people.In order to deal with this problem,enterprises must take realizing green management as a target to seek a new profit growth point.From the angle of the entire supply chain,should strengthen green supply chain management practices of each node enterprises.From the current model of development of enterprises are concerned,in the implementation of green supply chain management practices will be subject to certain resistance.Therefore,this article attempts to allow enterprises to understand the impact of the implementation of green supply chain to business and society,which is particularly important at the moment.This paper takes manufacturer of supply chain node enterprises as a starting point,puts forward research background and significance,analyzes status of the implementation of green supply chain on the basis of domestic and foreign scholars research.And in conjunction with them proposing research hypotheses related green supply chain practices.Next this article constructed hypothetical model,studying the effects of environmental collaboration,environmental monitoring,environmental performance and business performance.Where environmental collaboration including environmental collaboration with customers and environmental collaboration with suppliers,environmental monitoring including environmental monitoring by customers and environmental monitoring of suppliers,and setting an intermediate variable between environmental performance and business performance.And then provides five model assumptions according to the variables,makes questionnaire,and builds influencing factors model.After that using SPSS to analyze the reliability and validity,and using structural equation model method to analysis the data of 141 manufacturer enterprises to obtain the path figure.The data shows that environmental collaboration and environmental monitoring have a significant positive correlation,environmental monitoring and environmental performance have a significant positive correlation,and environmental performance and business performance both positively correlated directly and through mediating variables indirectly related to green image.Finally,this paper gives the relevant conclusions.
