Evaluation Research Of Tourist Satisfaction On Ecological Farm In Xiaogan

Facing the city's high-pressure environment and fast-paced life,the demand for rural leisure tourism is increasing,and the agricultural leisure eco-tourism is entering the people's field of view with violent momentum.Xenophon,as a filial piety culture tourism city and a back yard in Wuhan,there are enough resources,but Xiaogan has not yet formed a system,it is not excellent and most of the farm theme is not prominent,with low leisure and entertainment projects,poor economic benefits of dining,tourism products remain to be transformed.Founded on the principle of index construction and the evaluation system of Xiaogan satisfaction degree project,this paper constructs the evaluation system of tourists' satisfaction index of eco-farm.At the same time,the questionnaire of Xiaogan ecological farmer's tourist satisfaction is designed,there is representation of four farms to conduct satisfaction research.And use Excel software and SPSS 19.0 to carry on the statistical analysis of the data.Besides,factor analysis method establishes the index weight of the criterion layer and the index layer,and makes an empirical analysis of Xiaogan ecological farmhouse,finding out the problem and puts forward the countermeasures according to the analysis result.Tourist satisfaction index system includes seven criterion layers and 45 index layers.The criteria layer includes farm tourism environment and image,public service,shopping service,accommodation service,catering service,transportation service and recreation service.From the index level,the farm tourism environment and the image of the farm tourism image,the public service in the information release,shopping services in the commodity price tag situation,the type of goods and the quality of the goods,Characteristics,the clean and hygienic condition of accommodation services,the express price and local characteristics of the catering service,the taxi service of the transport service and the order of the long distance bus station,the richness of the recreational facilities and the diversity of the contents are important Impact factor.Xiaogan eco-farm tourists to young and middle-aged,and tourists for the family day or two day tours,mainly for sightseeing tour.They are mostly from Xiaogan and surrounding cities of Xiaogan.Tourists on the Xiaogan ecological farm of the overall satisfaction are high,about 90%of the tourists expressed satisfaction with the basic satisfaction,comprehensive satisfaction index of 1.87 points;tourists re-visit rate and recommend a higher rate.There are significant differences in the satisfaction degree between male and female tourists,and there are sizable differences in the satisfaction of leisure and public services between different ages and different occupations.The difference of satisfaction between farmer's image and environment is significant,and different income level of accommodation,shopping,the two aspects of the satisfaction of significant differences.Xenophon ecological farm development problems are:tourism image is vague,infrastructure construction is not perfect,tourism products without characteristics and less species,farm and food hygiene is poor,public transport services to be improved,fun fun and richness Not high,farm staff service awareness is relatively weak.To improve the quality of public services,to build the characteristics of tourism products and rich commodity categories,to enhance the tourist shopping experience;to improve the accommodation structure,to enhance the accommodation to improve the quality of public services;to improve the quality of public services;Improve the level of entertainment,improve the level of entertainment,improve the efficiency of the project;improve the service awareness,improve service quality.
