The development of economic globalization promotes the globalization of financial,the rapid development of our economy and society makes the financial transactions more and more frequent,how to carry on the effective financial trading software products R&D and sales have become an important problem that enterprises need to consider.Product strategy related to enterprise development,unceasingly intensifies along with the market competition,more and more enterprises began to vigorously implement the strategy of the products,in order to enhance their comprehensive competitiveness.The company as a newly established financial trading software product production enterprise,in recent years made great achievements,but with the constant aggravation of the market competition,the survival and development pressure not Increases,it is necessary to achieve a new breakthrough on the basis of the existing.This paper mainly strategy for R company's products were analysis and research,through the analysis of the related theory,and points out that the enterprises to implement product strategy should follow the relevant theories and principles,to analyze the development situation of R company,and the product strategy of the basic requirements of product strategy and implementation present situation carries on the analysis.After of R company's product strategy is the implementation of the pest environment analysis,Potter five competitive forces model analysis and SWOT analysis,pointed out that the its current product strategy implementation of the environment and the existing problems,and according to the development of financial transaction software industry in our country.From several aspects,this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the effectiveness of R company's product strategy.The research of this paper has an important role to guide R company to develop and implement product strategy.
