The Study On Science And Technology Input Effectiveness In Industrial Enterprises In China

Technology is the driving force and source of investment in economic development,the scale and efficiency of its use directly affects the level of technology investment and technological competitiveness,but also affects the economic development and social progress.As the technology as a resource with scarcity,therefore,how to make use of the limited technology resources become more rational and effective topical issues.To make the country's economic growth,raise the level of science and technology,science and technology to enhance competitiveness depends on the one hand,the absolute amount of investment in science and technology,but more important is the level of efficiency of investment in science and technology.Industrial enterprises are mainly concentrated in the leading sectors of the national economy,but also the science and technology activities,and therefore,through exhaustive research into the efficiency of industrial technology,you can recognize that our technology investment regularity of industrial enterprises,improve the efficiency of IT resources.In this paper,the initial establishment of the index system of industrial enterprises of China's science and technology investment evaluation,the use of gray correlation model to analyze the relationship between technology investment and economic growth,China's industrial enterprises in the current technology investment for quantitative analysis.In our country 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities in the study objectives,the technology investment divided into two parts,one is human resources the other is financial resources and build an index system of China's industrial enterprises technology investment evaluation.The main research method is the data envelopment analysis(DEA model).For the 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities' industrial enterprises,we will make a comparison of the efficiency,At last,give some suggestions to the lower technology investment regions.Through this analysis we can see that there is significant regional differences in the efficiency of investment in science and technology of the eastern and the western and the western provinces of industrial enterprises technology investment area is lower than the eastern region.Therefore,we should increase investment in science and technology in the western region,also pay attention to the efficiency of investment in science and technology,should establish a efficient monitoring mechanism,promote the regional economy and enterprise' efficiency.
