Development Strategic Of Hunan Investment Group Co.,Ltd

With the development of economy,more attention should be paid to the usage of resources.As a national important energy output region,the government is making great efforts to promote the rise of the central region.To propel the "Two-oriented society" construction,lots of money and resources are needed.Thus Hunan Investment Group has gotten strong support of the Hunan government.However,the group is also facing lots of challenges.The development of scientific strategic planning is helpful for the construction of "Four modernization and Two industries".It also can take full advantage of the investment and financing platform and helpful for the improvement of the entire group competitiveness.A specific development strategic planning and implementation programs are studied for Hunan Investment Group.Firstly,external environment is analysis by using PEST analysis.The entire industry and competitors are also studied.Meanwhile,the detailed internal environment is analyzed.Opportunities and challenges faced by the group,the own strengths and weaknesses of the group is summarized through SWOT analysis.Then,the detail strategic plan is developed,including strategic object,strategic positioning,strategic vision,implementation phase,business planning and etc.The strategic plan can be concluded as "a strategic vision,three strategic emphasis,three stage of development and four core strategies".Detail planning is drawn from four aspects,the land development,mining development,urban transportation,energy conservation and environmental protection business.Finally,the security system is proposed from four aspects,including organization,financial,human resources and risk control.The implementary methods are also listed detailed.In this dissertation,the theory is connected with the real case.Based on the usage of contemporary modern theory,a set of feasible investment strategy and implementary methods are developed objectively,focusing on the situation of Hunan Investment Group.It will be significant for the improvement of the group's market competitiveness.
