With the development of economic globalization,Chinese enterprise should compete with economic giant of world power.Internationalization is an important part of Chinese enterprises to go global.In the way of becoming international,enterprise competition not only stays in the market policy,product development,technology research and human resources etc.aspects,but also run to the competition of cultural philosophy and values.Enterprise culture is a significant part to support enterprise strategy.Today,the generation after 85s and 90s employees is the main force of current manufacturing industry.The personality and high turnover rate of the new generation employees have brought the huge impact and challenges to the management mode of manufacturing enterprises.What's more,the labor shortage caused by demographic dividend is another dilemma that the manufacturing enterprises face.Thus,How to build the competitive enterprise culture to attract and retain the new generation of employees and strengthen enterprise cohesion,is the common problem for the manufacturing enterprise.The paper regards Huiyang Lenovo Electronic and Industrial Co.,Ltd.as the research objective to study on Lenovo manufacturing culture construction.The paper first puts forward the background of this paper with describing the problems that Huiyang Lenovo Electronic and Industrial Co.,Ltd meets.Then it makes the macroscopic analysis of external environment.It uses the PEST tools to analyze the macro-environment including political system,economic,social and technological environment.And it also uses Potter 5 force analysis model to analyze the industrial environment.Next,it makes the microanalysis of internal environment,including the aspects of the state of business,human resource,enterprise capability and enterprise culture,to analyze the enterprise culture status and problems.Finally,it makes the enterprise culture strategy according to SWOT analysis and enterprise strategy and vision,and puts forward the culture strategy implementation action plan and organization guarantee system.The paper studies the relationship among enterprise culture strategy,enterprise culture and enterprise strategy.It expects to be helpful for the culture construction of other enterprises by summarizing the experience and lesson of Lenovo Group and Huiyang Lenovo Electronic and Industrial Co.,Ltd.
