It is the premise and subsequent guarantee of enterprise core competitive power. As the age of global economy integration coming, the long-term competitive relationship between enterprise’s gives expression to the competition between enterprise culture. As the most important part in enterprise management, the enterprise culture receives more and more attention and recognition.The state-owned enterprise’s sustainable development is the basic guarantee of country and national sustainable development.
