Medium-and-miniature private enterprise has become the main force of China's economic development,how it get long-term success?There is no doubt that the Promotion System Mechanism is one of the most important way to get human talents develop with the company.This paper is to research on modern private enterprises to improve the efficiency of management,generally tend to go flatting management.It means to cut the job of a enterprise.Therefore,the point of the paper is going to tell us the importance of using flat management in a medium-and-miniature private,how to establish a reasonable promotion system to satisfied with the needs of most people and together with the enterprise.The paper is going to analysis the current situation of human resource management in AIKE Company,find the employees' needs especially for the staff who has been worked for 2 or 3 years,by using Secondary data method,questionnaire survey and interviewing method.Learned about that the employees who are currently in growth period or work length of service in 2-3 years are eager for promotion incentives.In the paper,it points out the promotion incentive problems and analyzes the reasons of the existence of problems.The company should implement managementpromotion channels and employee rank and position promotion by Combining with the growth of most employees' demands,breaking the overall plan of a single promotion incentives.The paper designs the promotion incentive management scheme.A reasonable promotion mechanism is a way of long-term incentive despite it is one of a motivational tools.The author hopes China's medium-and-miniature private enterprise to establish and improve their Promotion Incentive Mechanism by writing this paper.
