China's supermarket chains started in the 1990s.In the decades after the full liberalization of China's real industry,fresh agricultural finished products,which was the first introduced by foreign supermarket chains.From the beginning the supermarket got involved in it,gradually it changed into mainly product of the supermarket.Fresh agricultural product is the soul and profit source of the supermarket business.It becomes the important category of goods to attract passengers flow and improve the profitability of the supermarket.In order to improve the profits,large domestic supermarket chains compete to improve the supply chain of procurement,distribution and sales.How to play the important role of the supply chain in fresh agricultural products?Through the construction of fresh agricultural products supply chain to improve product quality and safety,enhance the level of supermarket profit is increasingly becoming the key to the development of supermarket chains in our country.This article takes the Zhongbai group Co.,LTD based on the study,which is the leading enterprise in central and western supermarkets in Hubei.Using the theory of supply chain management to make a case study of the fresh agricultural product supply chain management practice of the Zhongbai group Co.,LTD.From this study we can Obtain the optimization of fresh agricultural product in supermarkets supply chain management,put forward innovation of fresh agricultural product purchase mode,ensure the supply of agricultural products and safety,innovative logistics system,pay attention to the brand cultivation and farming coordinates development,improve the supply chain terminal management level,so that the terminal circulation order.On the basis of this core,innovative proposed that we should reconstruction the two large chains which are the internal supply chain and external supply chain in the supply chain from the strategic height.At the same time,we should improve the control capability of the supply chain management process,especially the cooperation mechanisms,processing and distribution center construction and information platform construction.This paper argues that the supply chain management of Zhongbai Group has the experience,including:in the procurement chain,production orders,the scale of integration;and in logistics and distribution,re-build the external supply chain and internal supply chain to enhance the ability of the logistics process control;moreover,in the terminal management,the use of the capital chain,the chain of production,technology chain "three chain connection" mode,so that the terminal effective integration;In the construction of the information chain,establish the information platform and computer network information management system.These constitute Zhongbai Group's core competitive advantage.This paper also points out the deficiencies and defects of the Supply Chain Management in Zhongbai Group.First,the supply chain of fresh agricultural development is limited by the domestic agricultural industry development.Second,the shortage of talent in the fresh farm produce supply chain management.Third,the costs of fresh agricultural products logistics are still high,and the Logistics Standard Preparation of operation remains weak foundation.Finally,regionalization restrictions of the commodity business,which restricts the effective enhancement of the supply chain as a whole.What's more,difficult to provide customers with timely and convenient return after-sales service is the impact of a soft underbelly enhance the efficiency of information and so on.
