Presswork industry is a growing scale industry in China.In "10-5" period,the annual increase of the printing industry is more than 13%.And in "11-5" period,the output value is nearly 700 billion yuan with an increase of 17.5%.Label printing is the fastest branch in growing printing industry,and its development speed higher than expected GDP growth rate over the same period,And maintained a good momentum of development.With global market integrated,label printing enterprises on the competition become worldwide.Multinational printing enterprise has set up factories in China mostly,large domestic printing enterprises increase in label printing aspects of the investment.In a market environment,the private printing enterprises are small scale,lack of funds,management level behind,But private printing enterprise have a flexible operation,good at holding the market opportunities.How to seize the advantages of conditions for enterprises in the external environment,make full use of strengths to enhance competitiveness,to develop and grow,which is an important task for printing companies.Business development and implementation of appropriate strategies are vital to the companies.Based on the GZLB Printing Co.,Ltd.development strategy,research on the company's external environment and industry environment in investigating,analyzing,organizing,combining with internal resources and capacity analysis.And make use of corporate strategic planning tool for the company's development strategy for research.Thus for GZLB printing company to find the right development strategy.The article divided into seven chapters.Chapter ? is Introduction,its background and writing papers described the use of the theory and methods.Chapter ?,analysis GZLB company status and problems.Chapter ?,analysis GZLB company in which the external macro-environment.Chapter IV,analysis of the label printing industry environment,for finding influential factors,the label printing market is further broken down;and use Porter's five forces model analysis the printing industry structure to assess the external environment.Chapter V,analysis of internal resource conditions,and assess the internal conditions.Chapter VI,strategy formulation.Use SPACE,Grand Strategy matrix,SWOT matrix,develop options,and finally QSPM matrix to compare alternatives,come to the right development strategy.Chapter ?,discuss the implementation strategy of the key measures in four aspects that are the market positioning,organizational structure,the allocation of resources and leadership groups.According to the analysis of the papers,GZLB printing company would carry out the new development strategy:consolidate label printing on daily chemical industry,strengthen the logistics,medicine,RFID tags printing.
