With The Pattern Of "Two Laps Two Belt",the Assessment Of Land Use Benefit In Hubei Province

Hubei Provinces located in the central of China,and has both mountain and plain.It has all kinds of land type.The space of land has the advantage of natural endowments.Along with the implementation of the "Two Laps Two Belt" strategy,Hubei has entered a new period of development.Planning "Two Laps Two Belt" means that Hubei Province is going to seek comprehensive development,and it is not only to become an important economic growth poles,but also to become a resource-saving and environment-friendly society through environmental protection and ecological construction.Finally to make the dream of "five Hubei" come true.With the development of urbanization and industrialization,the rapid growth of urban population increases the demand for urban land,which makes the capability of supplying urban land become more and more strained.The urban land's rational use influences the city's ups and downs directly,as well as the district's development.The rationality of the land use mainly manifests in the improvement of the overall efficiency of land use.Therefore,evaluation of the land use efficiency scientifically and objectively,and analysis he reasons for the low efficiency of land use are to provide the basis for the optimization of land use structure and the improvement of the output.The paper has referred relevant concepts and theories about land use efficiency and made a comprehensive evaluation for land use.Starting from the connotation of land use efficiency,the paper incorporates Hubei Province's actual situation as well as the economic benefits,social benefits and ecological benefits,three aspects,which refer to sixteen indexes to construct a comprehensive assessment system of Hubei land use efficiency.The related data collected 2010 uses the method of factor analysis to identify the common factors which impact land-use efficiency.It also sorts and evaluates the land use economic benefits,social benefits and ecological benefits from different cities.You can see from the results that the top three of the economic benefits are Wuhan City,Ezhou City and Huangshi City,and the top three of social benefits are Wuhan City,Huangshi City and Ezhou City,and ecological benefits of the top three are Shennongjia,Xiaogan City and Huanggang City.From the perspective of "lap" and "belt",the rank of economic benefits from high to low are the Yangtze River Economic Belt,Wuhan City Circle,the Han River Ecological Economic Zone and Western Hubei Ecological Circle,and the rank of social benefits are Wuhan City Circle,the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the Han River Ecological Economic Zone and Western Hubei Ecological Circle,and the rank of economic benefits are the Han River Ecological Economic Zone,Western Hubei Ecological Circle,Wuhan City Circle and the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The paper presents some constructive suggestions to improve land use efficiency of Hubei Province,and to provide reference to enhance the city's comprehensive competitiveness and sustainable development.
