With the development of economy and the improvement of living standards,fresh supermarket arises at the historic moment.The service personnel plays a decisive role in the operation of fresh supermarket,therefore,building perfect fresh supermarket service personnel training effect evaluation system and improving the training effect has great significance.Taking the training effect of service personnel in the fresh-food supermarket of FuJian Province as the research object,this thesis takes the comprehensive analysis of previous research results and field survey the supermarkets in FuJian Province.It also sends the questionnaire survey and makes data analysis.Based on the research,the thesis gets the training effect evaluation index system of service personnel in the fresh-food supermarket of FuJian Province which includes five first grade assessment indicators covering the aspirations of the service personnel training,and training content,training of teachers and the environment,organizational support and training assessment.It includes eighteen secondary indexes covering work sense of responsibility,training practical,emphasis of fresh supermarket,feedback for the evaluation results of training,and so on.Then this study uses the AHP to give the whole weight to the training effect evaluation index system of service personnel in the fresh-food supermarket of FuJian Province,and uses the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the training effect.The result is that it belongs to the general situation,which illustrates that a lot of fresh-food supermarket in FuJian Province at present realize the importance of service personnel training,but training effect is not ideal,and does not get the desired effect.Finally,this study proposes to improve the training effect of service personnel in the fresh-food supermarket of FuJian Province through five ways including stimulating the training will of service personnel,formulating practical and effective training content,the guarantee of training the teachers and the environment,strugling for a high level support of fresh-food supermarket and building a scientific and effective evaluation system.
