With the rapid development of city commercial chain as well as the change in people’s consumption habits,and relying on agricultural reform policy vigorously support and the fresh supermarket chains in China get rapid development,has formed a certain scale,so for the manager of the demand is also growing.Due to particularity of the supermarkets,the commercial and business model,foreign supermarket perfect manager training mode can not be directly copied,switched over from foreign supermarket’s senior cadres and the emergence of acclimatized,and fresh supermarket manager,many of which are came up from the grassroots,personal quality is not very strong.Under the policy of agricultural reform and the strong stimulation,as well as the impact of electricity suppliers,fresh supermarket development momentum but increasingly good.With the young labor and object of the supermarket,and consumer spending habits of personalized,in urgent need of a suitable for the supermarket manager training mode.Most of the current supermarket manager,is from grass roots stores step by step came up,the quality of their culture is very low,and much of it is high school diploma.They have a very rich experience in fresh management,but in the management of personnel,team motivation,community relations,data analysis and marketing,etc.,or relatively very weak.Due to the relatively short history of the development of the supermarket,for manager training system is not perfect,the lack of systematic and holistic.In the process of the rapid development of fresh supermarket,the accumulation of training materials and information,with the recruitment of young,customer spending habits of personalized,obviously the current fresh training mode can not meet the requirements of the new era.In this paper,through analysis of the status of fresh supermarket manager training,comparison of three main manager training mode,and with reference to the supermarket manager workplace situation,found in the cultivation of fresh supermarket manager has many problems,especially fresh supermarket manager training mechanism extremely sound,for manager training system is not perfect,the lack of systematic and holistic.Combining with the industry practices and network related data,and through with the relevant enterprises exchange visits,summed up a set of more systematic,rationality and operation manager training mode,hoping to improve the management level of the supermarket.
