Dynamic Pricing is defined as a business strategy in which the price of the commodity is changed with the change of the channel, the product, the customer and the time. In the preliminary stage of supermarket dealing in the fresh food, its competition advantages are the creditable food safety and the high credit standing, but the disadvantages are the too high price and the low fresh degree. So it is necessary that supermarket applies the dynamic pricing strategy to the fresh food by dint of the advanced information technology and means. It helps it react rapidly to the quality of the fresh food, the demands of customers, the wills of their payments and the inventory, and accordingly price the fresh food in the best time.In this thesis, dynamic pricing strategy for the fresh food in the supermarket based on its quality, demands and the competitors'prices is studied in four parts: In order to base the study in the dynamic pricing strategy and method for the fresh food in the supermarket, the first part mainly analyzes the environment which the supermarket prices the fresh food in and the background which the pricing strategy is chosen under.In the second part, the theory of enterprise dynamic pricing and enterprise dynamic pricing system are mainly expounded and analyzed. Moreover, both the strategy of dynamic pricing for the fresh food in the supermarket and the factors which can induce the change of their prices are studied, too.In the third part, customers'demands of the fresh food in the supermarket and its market competition are analyzed, and thereby the strategy and models of the dynamic pricing for the fresh food in the supermarket are studied. In the part, considering the time-quality rule and the quality-value rule of the fresh food, the thesis uses the customers'wills of payments for the fresh food to reflect the trend of time-customers'demands. Then, the demand-driven dynamic pricing models for both the single fresh food and substitutable fresh food in the supermarket are established in order to decide the optimal demand-driven price.
