In compliance with the Changes in human disease spectrum and the aging of the population,new medical drugs are continuously introduced and used extensively.Under such circumstances,the application of drugs is becoming increasingly widespread and complicated.Dispensing methods of traditional medicines are now insufficient to guarantee the medication of patients and are hard to satisfy the requirements on accuracy and efficiency.It is no doubt that the application of automatic system of dispensaries is becoming the development tendency of future development.Domestic demand for pharmacy automation industry is gradually expanding,and new products keep appearing,which leads to a squeezed market share.Facing this increasingly tough challenges,the company urgently needed development of strategic planning to enhance the company's service,locate the demand for hospital drugs swap so as to expand the company's market share.This paper studies the specific case of XYDY.By applying modern enterprise strategy management theory and other related analysis method,pharmacy automation industry environment,macro environment and competitive environment from the same industry is analysed with PEST tool and its influence to the development of the company is listed.This essay analyzes the internal environment such as the product line,human resource,marketing network of this company to confirm the strength,weakness,opportunities and threats.Then,SWOT is applied to select and determine the company's strategy and business development strategies.Finally,the implementation of product,marketing and customer service are listed and supported in terms of the company's financial and human resourcesThis study offers XYDY a practical developmental strategy which should act as a reference to the development of this company.This paper can also be referred to when the choices of development strategies and their implementation are considered within the same type of enterprises in pharmacy automation industry.
