Design And Implement Integrated IT Operation Management System For Shenzhen Stock Exchange

Integrated IT operation is a concept emerging in recent years.It emphasizes that the IT operation as an important part of IT management,should be designed and operated under the same management framework with other related areas.Through the implementation of service integration,process integration,system integration,tool integration,Personnel integration,management integration,to achieve the promotion of efficiency,quality and efficiency of IT operation.At present the development of integrated IT operation theory and practice has just started,has not yet formed a unified standard and widely accepted implementation path,whether the financial industry or IT industry.In this paper,the IT operation of Shenzhen Stock Exchange is the research object.How to design and implementation a integration IT operation system scheme is the theme,to explore how an internal IT operation can change to a integration IT operation.The main part of this paper first introduces the status of IT operations management,then gives a brief analysis of the existing problems.Next,some financial institutions have practiced integrated IT operation were choose as benchmarks.So we can conduct a gap analysis.The nine aspects we selected to make clear the gap between the current situation and the target are:IT management framework,the international technical standards,management systems integration,IT operation,the transverse coordinated management and service window,service directory,covering the complete process,IT management tools.According to gap analysis conclusion we completed the overall planning,which include four aspects as Integration of IT governance/management system,unified the IT operation service,operation model and function,and integrated management tools.After that,each field were given a specific program design.In the last part,the implementation process and the progress of the scheme are described,and the expected effect of implementation are discussed.In the part of conclusion,we know that financial institutions can enhance their IT operation and management by designed and implement the integrated IT operating system.This research has a greater significance to similar domestic financial institutions who want to implement their IT operation system.For enterprises and organizations similar with financial institutions(non IT technology service providers),such as provide intangible products and services,or highly dependent on information technology,or need high safety and quality level,this paper is also has certain reference significance...
