Analysis On The Operation Of Liaoning Stock Exchange Center

The regional equity trading center is a financial platform that provides financing services for various types of eligible enterprises in the region.It is also an important part of China's capital market business.It helps companies expand their influence and promote the economic development of the region.And other aspects have played a positive role.The China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the document "Guiding Opinions on Regulating Securities Companies to Participate in Regional Equity Trading Markets(Trial)" in 2012.The release of this document fully affirmed the role and function of China's regional equity trading markets.It points out the importance of developing a regional equity trading market in China,and it also plays a huge supporting role in the development and improvement of our regional equity trading market.Against the background of the Securities and Exchange Commission's document,China's provincial governments actively responded to national policies and successively established the province's regional equity trading markets,which have begun to enter a period of comprehensive development.In March 2013,the Liaoning Equity Exchange Center was established with the approval of the People's Government of Liaoning Province,with a registered capital of 100 million yuan.Due to the late start of regional equity trading in China,the Liaoning Equity Exchange Center is currently in a continuous exploration stage,and there are many problems in its development.This thesis is based on this development background,using literature analysis method,qualitative and quantitative combination method and other research methods to explore some problems existing in the development of Liaoning equity trading center.This article first introduces the research background,significance,content and methods of topic selection,and briefly summarizes the innovations and deficiencies of this article.After a brief description of China's regional equity trading market,it introduces the current Liaoning equity trading center.The operation status of Liaoning Equity Exchange Center has completed the analysis of Liaoning Equity Exchange Center through its contribution to the development of Liaoning's financial market,its current development advantages,and existing problems and causes.The successful experiences and practices of regional equity trading centers provide suggestions for the development of Liaoningequity trading centers,such as: formulating and improving relevant laws and regulations and information disclosure systems,actively promoting and promoting,strengthening innovation capabilities,preventing risks and strengthening supervision.It is hoped that the research in this article can help the Liaoning equity trading center to develop better and play a constructive role in promoting the steady growth of the local economy in Liaoning.
