An Empirical Study On The Relationship Between Technological Innovation Capability And Enterprise Performance Of The GEM

Under the impetus of global economic integration, enterprises as the main micro arefacing global competition. GEM listed companies as an emerging group of China'seconomic development plays an important role in our business. As a younger market,GEM enterprises on behalf of the listed companies in order to maintain their corecompetitiveness in the market, and expand market share, and promote the enhancementof business performance, and ultimately achieve the purpose of the sustainabledevelopment of enterprises must accelerate the pace of the company's innovationactivities.There are many domestic and international research the relationship betweenenterprise performance and technological innovation. Most scholars are put into theperspective of the impact of technological innovation on firm performance from R&Dand personnel. The combination of the characteristics of GEM companies talk abouttechnological innovation capability is still limited. We want to know the specific factorswhich formation unstable performance technology innovation capability of GEM and itsimpact. Through this empirical research paper analyzes the relationship between GEMtechnological innovation capability and firm performance.This paper first presents the background, purpose and significance. Then to sortout the performance of the underlying theory among technological innovation ability, theability to affect corporate performance and innovative technology. On the basis of theory,we are analyzing the characteristics of GEM companies. According to the generalprinciples and features of the GEM index selection to identify the indicators oftechnological innovation capability. We collect performance indicators of278GEMcompanies and use factor analysis to analyze the performance evaluation system of thecharacteristics of GEM. Then using SPSS software to analysis the relationship betweentechnological innovation capability GEM and performance between empirical researcheswith93GEM company panel data. Although the positive correlation results oftechnological innovation capability on performance was not significant in the short term,but it will have a significant impact on performance in the long run. It will be a favor ofhealthy development of enterprises to developing technological innovation. Finally, weput forward a series of proposals and measures from the micro and macro side.
