Competition among enterprises is a fundamental talent competition and talentbecome the key resources for the enterprise's development, who cannot be replaced.As for the banking industry, it focuses on financial services and belongs to theknowledge and technology intensive. Financial enterprises cannot develop withouttalent, who are the core and key factor of the development and expansion of thefinancial enterprises. As the leader of the ABC Changsha Branch is the best in thesize of the deposits and the profits all over the hunan province. How to deal withfierce competition from domestic and international banking industry, how to establishstrategic position in the “the Twelfth Five-Year”, and how to build corecompetencies, are a series of thorny issues which Changsha Branch must face. All ofabove problems depend on that whether we have a good team of employees withfirst-class quality, reasonable structure and competitive workforce, and the activityand positivity of this team. Therefore, it is necessary for Changsha Branch to establishgood staff salary system and design reasonable salary structure of employees to in-centive the stuff with high activity and positivity effectively, which becomes the mostimportant and urgent requirements on human resources management for ChangshaBrancCho.mbined with the existing theory, this paper carries on the discussion of thestuff salary structure of Agricultural Bank of China Changsha branch and analyzes thestatus of staff salary structure in order to find the existing problems and the reasons ofthese problems. And then, we analyze the factors that affect staff salary structure,learn from the relevant experience in salary structure, propose the improvementprogram based on the objectives, principles and ideas of staff salary structure, andconsider the safeguards corresponding to the obstacles exiting in implementationprocess of improvement program to better serve the development of Changsha Branch.The improvement of the salary structure is combined with basic salary, performancepay and welfare allowance. And the performance pay is the main component, the basicsalary secondary, the welfare allowance supplementary. And the improvementprogram stresses staff to incentive with the benefits of performance pay and welfareallowances, so as to improve employee satisfaction and corporate performance.
