The project organization of modern enterprises is becoming more and more complex,involving a large number of requirements and personnel,and increasing requirements for the management and control of project tasks.In a fiercely competitive market environment,companies must adopt more scientific and advanced management concepts and technical methods.For better management.The system requirements studied in this thesis originate from the actual project management requirements of a company,focusing on the pain points of industry and company management.At present,there are many product implementation projects for a company.According to incomplete statistics,there have been more than 70 projects that have not been implemented,are being implemented,and have been transferred to maintenance.The requirements and maintenance status of each project are commercial sales,service colleagues over the phone,Email,face-to-face,and other channel methods are proposed.After the project team collects manual records(electronic documents,paper,etc.),after confirming the analysis and evaluation of the workload,engineers will respond by verbal,telephone,email,meetings,etc.,corresponding to the program version.After it is issued,it is usually tested and launched by technical support in various places.There are many manual participation links in the whole process,which are prone to a variety of problems.It is necessary to optimize the project's demand task management method significantly,introduce systematic information technology methods to establish a standardized project management process,and release and share projects in a timely manner.Dynamically manage project-related data to achieve standardized operations in various links,improve project efficiency,eliminate confusion,and provide analytical data for decision-making purposes.This thesis first discusses the background and significance of project research,at the same time analyzes the development history and current status of project management,especially demand task management,at home and abroad,and determines the content and direction of this paper.The specific technical route of the project management information system studied in this paper adopts the microservice system architecture and deployment mode,studies the business process implementation based on spring cloud and spring boot framework,workflow work engine.It is developed using JAVA programming and the Activiti workflow engine is introduced.I studied the data-driven handling process engine design,and then analyzed the system requirements.Taking the five modules I participated as examples,they are the project information management module,project approval module,requirements management module,task management module,and daily report module.The relevant system design and implementation were carried out,and sufficient system tests were carried out,and the results of the test operation reached the expectations.This system has played an active and effective role in improving the management level of the enterprise,especially the informationization level in project management.
