In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet and computer technology,as well as the popularity of large and medium-sized enterprises using information systems,the business system of enterprises is becoming larger and larger,the demand of enterprise for the management and maintenance of customer information resources is also increasing,and the reasonable marketing of member customers also has an important impact on the development of enterprises.Therefore,for the retail industry,collecting Omni channel customer data and conducting multi-channel automatic marketing has become a new problem for enterprises.Based on the marketing system of an enterprise in the retail industry,this paper aims to help enterprises integrate customer data from multiple sources,draw complete customer portraits,conduct multi-dimensional value evaluation of customer data according to statistical analysis,and use SMS,e-mail and other channels for marketing linkage to solve the problem of information island,realize automatic marketing and improve marketing business processing Ability to complete data collection,customer marketing one-stop service.This paper first describes the significance of the topic and the research status at home and abroad,emphasizes the necessity and importance of data marketing,and introduces the technology stack used in the project(such as big data search technology,front-end and back-end separation)and the corresponding framework(such as spring cloud,redis,rabbitmq,elasticsearch).Then according to the life cycle of software development,the demand analysis,design and implementation,testing and Prospect of the retail industry marketing system are carried out.First of all,combined with the real needs,for the contact data collection and management,contact grouping screening and management,marketing material creation and management,marketing activities,data reporting,enterprise management and other business scenarios,the enterprise marketing system module is divided into contact management module,contact grouping module,material management module,marketing business module,statistical analysis module Module,system management module.And for each module,a detailed requirement survey is carried out to determine the details of the requirements.Then,according to the demand analysis,the software architecture of the marketing system is designed,and the technical details such as the front-end and back-end separated B / S architecture and micro service framework are established.The database is also designed,and each functional module is designed and implemented in detail.The contact management module is responsible for the collection and processing of contact data,and the contact clustering module is responsible for the personalization The marketing activity module is responsible for setting marketing activities,the statistical analysis module is used to view reports,the e-mail module and SMS module are responsible for the production of e-mail and SMS,and the system management is responsible for the configuration of accounts and permissions.Finally,test cases are designed for each module,functional test and performance test are carried out,and the actual test results are compared with the expected test results.After the successful deployment of the system in the actual engineering environment,through the functional and performance tests,the marketing management system can meet the business needs and achieve the expected goal.However,as the marketing methods and channels of enterprises are constantly expanding and changing,the system is still completing the further improvement of the system function and performance according to the actual situation of enterprises.
