The Design And Implementation Of Peng Qingfu Restaurant Ordering System

With the continuous development of the Internet and the improvement of people's standard of living,the customer's demand for dining is not only to eat well,but also to save time,record historical preferences,ensure personal privacy,quick pick-up,etc.What merchants need is no longer just a simple process of providing food to customers and checkout,but also need to refine the management of the restaurant,such as the traceability of dishes,restaurant seating management,and adjust business strategy based on the restaurant's historical statistical reports.In order to solve the above problems,the Peng Qingfu restaurant ordering system implemented in this thesis provides practical and personalized services from the perspectives of customer privacy,dish traceability and merchant management,which improves the interaction between merchants and customers.Thus it enhances the satisfaction of customers.The system includes two entrances,the customer ordering platform on the mobile phone side and the merchant management platform on the Web side.The customer ordering platform provides customers with a convenient ordering tool,which can order,check out,cancel dishes,view orders.The merchant management platform provides merchants with functions such as dish management,seat management,report viewing and management of multiple views of the restaurant's seating library,including card view,flat view,timeline view.The restaurant ordering system includes order announcement module,payment module,user management module,statistical report module,seat management module and production announcement module.The modules are interdependent and jointly implement system functions.The system is based on the Spring Boot framework.It is accessed to the My SQL DBMS storage through the Druid database connection pool and uses Redis as an intermediate data cache to reduce long-term continuous query of hot data.The front end uses the React framework for development,React-AMap for map management,Ant Design for custom development of the interface,Redux for data flow management and Webpack as a front-end packaging tool.After the Peng Qingfu restaurant ordering system was launched,16 restaurants independently used the software,which fully verified the effectiveness of the system.After the system goes online,it not only greatly reduces labor costs,but also generates a wealth of data records to help restaurants adjust business strategies.For example,dish reserves can refer to dish traceability data and daily catering can refer to dish sales list data.This system with good practical value has certain versatility and scalability.
