In the 21st century, the high-speed, intelligent, comfortable has become the inevitable trend of development which the development of the modern high-speed train. Train Communication Net, TCN has become the key technology of the high speed control system. The TCN will provide security environment to the hight speed train by the run control and information management.Train Public Address System is an the ancillary equipment of the Subway trains and urban rail train, and the main function is broadcasts stations automatically at a specified according to subway train speed duing operation and switch gate signal, which includes both public broadcast system and internal communication system, which composed by Radio host from the cab, the driver control box, the passenger compartment radio stations, communication networks, end systems and other components. The train public address system will complete the transmission of the boradcst audio signal and intercom audio signals throghout broadcast audio cable, intercom audio cable, RS485 communication line of each driver room and compartment, and display the broadcast contents in the corresponding of the LED display terminal simultaneously. System consists of six functional modules, namely, system control unit, radio control unit, inclusive cab intercom unit, MP3 audio processing unit, amplifier unit and power unit. System key question is: the bandwidth of the audio signal, store the audio signal of the time, the function implementation, the control signal transmission, noise suppression, interference, reliability and so on.This thesis first ourlines the background of train public address system project development and status of domestic self-developed products, and then introduces the techniques and tools which the system development required. Considering the demand of the system, the system function is given, including the Digital bus-stop, speaking at both ends of the cab, the driver of the passenger compartment of artificial port broadcast, radio, driver and passenger emergency alarm intercom, radio, automatic volume adjustment, and obstruction in the fire situation and the terrorist attacks and evacuation instructions for emergency broadcasts, LED information display, video surveillance, etc. Then the integrated design is given, including the structure and features, and focuses on the detailed design and technology solutions. Aimed at the functional requirement and the particularity of the train public address system, after and in-depth study of the related standard, a train public address system is designed based on the Microsoft .net framework. Using mature and reliable MVB technology, serial port transmission technology and LED display technology, the communication between programmable devices, automatic digital announcement, dynamic map display control and etc. are implemented. Finally a simulant train control system is built in the lab, and standard test is conducted to verify the correctness and robustness of the controller. The test result shows that the TASC is well-designed, full-featured, and meets the need of the real-time requirement. Now the system has applied successfully to 13 line of Beijing underground and runs stably.
