With the rapid development of Internet technology,Internet finance has entered thousands of households,bringing convenience to people's lives.As a model of Internet finance,Internet loans have lower operating costs and faster returns than traditional bank loans,so they have developed extremely rapidly in recent years.While standardizing operations,providing users with better and faster services has become the development goal of various Internet financial companies.At present,many domestic Internet financial companies are faced with many problems such as difficulty in obtaining traffic,difficulty in risk control,and data non-sharing.Therefore,making full use of the convenience of the era of big data and artificial intelligence to solve these problems has become the future development direction of Internet financial companies.This system aims to improve the accuracy of online loan qualification review in the era of big data and reduce the risk of fund security.The solution mainly includes the following six aspects: first,the use of microservice architecture to improve the maintainability and scalability of the system;second,the combination of matching rules and machine learning two risk control methods,the system is more secure;third,adequate Using big data,legally obtaining all user-related data makes the risk control results more accurate;fourth,using different models for different products,the flexibility is improved;fifth,using Flink and Kafka middleware,the calculation is faster and the delay is more Low;sixth,with the help of Telegraf,Influx DB and Echarts,a visual monitoring platform interface is realized for system users to view.The system can be divided into 11 modules,which are model management module,user behavior analysis module,alarm management module,monitoring module,product management module,log module,feature management module,file management module,user authentication module,post-loan management Module,system management module.The server side of the system is designed with a microservice architecture,developed using the Go language and Gin framework,in order to reduce communication delay and resource overhead,RPC is used for communication between services,and Protobuf is used for the data format.The calculation of massive data depends on middleware such as Flink and Kafka.This article describes the design and implementation of the model management module,user behavior analysis module,alarm management module,and monitoring module in detail.At present,the financial risk control system has been formally deployed in the company.System users can log in to the system through the Web terminal to complete the comprehensive risk control management before,during and after the loan,and provide better services to customers.
