Design And Realization Of Conference And Supervision Management System Based On Workflow

Enterprise management has experienced the development stages of management based on personal experience,functional management and local process management by means of IT strategy,now it has entered the stage of comprehensive process management to promote the overall continuous improvement of enterprise management.This change matches with the transition from resource advantage,market advantage and technology advantage to overall competitive advantage.As China's leading military fighter production enterprise,CAC has always attached significance to combination and application of information technology and management,and contantly optimized the company's process construction and management.This thesis focused on the common high-frequency issues--conference and supervision management in large-scale enterprise administrative management.Based on BPM rapid application development process engine,JS/j Query,Java,Oracle11 g database and other technologies,this thesis constructed the logical model of business implementation,developed and coded the related design content,including the entity relationship,business process,detailed user interface,module interface.etc between different module,eatablish a consummate and efficient conference and supervision management system.In this thesis,the conference management of administrative management is combined with the specific situation of the company,to conduct the whole process of explicit management,including pre-meeting plan,meeting room application,meeting data management,meeting minutes,the complete process and data of the meeting are preserved in detail,which is not only standardized but also convenient to query the details of the historical conference.In addition,the system can directly transfer the important decisions generated by the meeting into the supervision management,ensure the consensus or leader's instructions can be solidified into text explicitly,and then transmitted to relevant departments for specific implemention.The specific measures,work and schedule arrangement of the follow-up work can be consulted through the administrative management system(OA)at any time.The test and practice show that,the conference and supervision management has met the needs of the company in the aspects of stability,practicality and boundary disigh,and it is also a general and standardized process-type application,which has the high practicability,advancement,expansibility,and manageability of current mainstream system,and has achieved the preinstalled objective.
