Traveling wave tube(TWT)is a kind of vacuum amplification device,which is used in many industries such as radar,satellite,aviation,etc.Its various vacuum devices have made outstanding contributions to national defense and military industry.With the continuous improvement of information technology,the traditional parts production planning management system has been unable to meet the growing task needs of the enterprise.In this thesis,based on the actual needs,combined with the process of TWT production,aiming at the production design of TWT parts,a production planning management system for TWT parts is developed.The production planning management system is based on MVC three-tier architecture,adopts B / S mode,selects Java EE as the design platform,adopts star mode as transmission framework,and uses Java language to realize programming.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)In this thesis,the object-oriented idea and method are used in the design and development of the system,and the system analysis,design,implementation and test are completed successively.Carry out the analysis and design of automatic scheduling algorithm for parts production planning,and automatically schedule production according to production time,priority,delivery time and other information.(2)Realize BOM management of parts processing and production process.The production planning management system of TWT parts provides BOM package function,which can automatically complete BOM package for each process,and realize the automatic management and application of production process.For BOM management,the relationship is established according to the drawing number.Under each drawing number,there are set relationship data,including materials and the whole piece(drawing number),and there are other materials under the whole piece,so as to realize faster processing.(3)Implementation and verification of procedures.Through the modular operation to complete the coding,optimization design and modification of various algorithms.From two aspects of function and performance,we carry out all-round checking,find out the program loopholes,and make optimization and improvement.(4)Research and development of TWT parts production planning management system,focusing on the realization of TWT parts processing drawing management,TWT information management,TWT process management,parts production schedule(including manual scheduling and automatic scheduling algorithms),parts quality inspection,parts processing and other modules.With the help of My SQL database management tools,the management level of different modules is optimized.Through the design,implementation and application of TWT parts production planning management system,the efficiency of TWT parts production planning management is greatly improved,and the pressure of staff is reduced,which provides a reference for the design and development of similar systems.
