Study On The Construction Status And Development Countermeasures Of "Intelligent Health Supervision" In Zhejiang

The report to the 19th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that the Internet should be used as a platform to deeply integrate big data and artificial intelligence,promote the healthy development of the real economy and accelerate the process of building a smart society.On May 22,2020,Premier Li Keqiang mentioned in his government work report that "comprehensively promote the 'Internet Plus' and build new advantages of the digital economy".As one of the digital government tools,the role and influence of "Intelligent Health Supervision" are increasingly far-reaching.At the beginning of 2020,the rapidly spreading COVID-19 epidemic has posed new challenges and opportunities to the development of "Intelligent Health Supervision",which is playing an increasingly prominent role in safeguarding public health emergencies.In recent years,the state has transferred its functions in the field of food in the health supervision work,diverting 30% of the supervisors,which weakens the authority and force of the health supervision to some extent.However,at the same time,the health supervision and law enforcement cover a wide range of levels,and there is a large base for supervision and law enforcement,and violations of laws and regulations are common.In the process of health supervision,the effective application of information and scientific means can not only alleviate the lack of human resources of health supervision to a great extent,but also help to break the situation of large number of supervised law enforcement.In recent years,the health department of Zhejiang Province has continuously strengthened the construction of "Intelligent Health Supervision",and achieved remarkable results in various stages.The research of this paper focuses on the problems and deficiencies existing in the construction and development of "Intelligent Health Supervision".On the basis of elaborating relevant theories,this paper discusses the development status,phased achievements and existing main problems of Zhejiang "Intelligent Health Supervision".By drawing on the construction experience of Beijing,Shanghai and other places,this paper provides policy suggestions for promoting the construction of "Intelligent Health Supervision" in Zhejiang Province,and then provides referable experience for other regions in China to promote the development process of "Intelligent Health Supervision".The paper finds that the development of "Intelligent Health Supervision" needs multiple measures: first,to understand deeply and plan theoverall goal rationally;Second,dig deep and build the "Intelligent Health Supervision" cloud platform;Third,broaden channels and strengthen service guarantee mechanism;Fourth,strengthen training and improve the personnel training system;Fifth,integrate development and transform to intelligent supervision.
