High precision solder paste printing press is widely used in the field of electronic products production and processing,which is the core equipment of electronic products surface-mount technology.With the development of Printed Circuit Board(PCB)in the direction of miniaturization,precision and thinness,more requirements are put forward for the precision of solder paste printing.The market share of the automatic solder paste printing machine is getting increased significantly,and the degree of accuracy has become the main index of the solder paste printing machine.Piezoelectric actuators are used in precision instruments because of their high precision.In this paper,the piezo-driven Adjustment Platform for high-precision solder paste printing is the main research content,focusing on the design of the piezo-driven Module,high-precision Adjustment Platform Motion System,the scheme was tested and verified to meet the expected design requirements.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,the piezoelectric stack amplification mechanism was designed.According to the principle of lever-half-bridge amplification mechanism,the amplification mechanism was designed by Solid Works.Then the stability and stiffness of the single mechanism and the whole mechanism are verified according to the relevant calculation method in material mechanics.Using ANSYS Workbench to carry on the static force,the modal analysis to the enlarged mechanism,has determined the rationality of the whole design.Secondly,the theoretical model of the adjustment platform for high-precision solder paste printing was established.Four coordinate systems are constructed to represent the relative relations among the main components,the picture coordinates are finally transformed into the world coordinates of the piezoelectric drive and the Mesh Plate.The transformation steps in the process of adjusting platform are analyzed,and the calculation method of adjusting data is calculated,and the formula of adjusting platform driving is obtained.Finally,the design was tested and verified: The precision of the piezoelectric module design and the deviation correction model is tested,compared with the traditional positioning platform,the matching precision of the platform has been greatly improved.Compared with the previous generation of high-precision solder paste printing machine,the test results verify the reliability of the accuracy study.The test structure shows that the mechanical structure of the Adjustment Platform and the correction model are both optimized,and the printing precision error of the whole machine was reduced from 25?m to 20?m,it has important engineering application value for the practical application of piezoelectric driving and for the development of printing machine industry in Solder paste.
