With the development of science and technology,the electronic manufacturing industry is changing with each passing day.The high density and miniaturization of electronic components have become the inevitable trend of the development of science and technology.Therefore,the technical requirements for SMT(surface mount technology)are becoming higher and higher.In SMT,solder paste printing is the first process,and the quality of its printing accuracy will directly affect the quality of the whole production products.Therefore,how to improve the precision of solder paste printing is an urgent problem for SMT industry.In this paper,CCD camera is used to collect the precise image of steel mesh and PCB,and the relative position of the two is obtained through the image processing,and the highprecision alignment adjustment is carried out through the designed mechanical structure.The adjusted printing platform can achieve high-precision printing.In order to solve the problem that the precision of solder paste printing machine in the market can not meet the production demand.It plays an important role in the development of SMT industry in China.This paper mainly studies from the following aspects:First of all,according to the key technical indicators of the adjustment platform to improve the overall design,and according to the accuracy requirements of the design,determine the driving mode of the adjustment mechanism,transmission mechanism,support unit and the design scheme of the adjustment device.Secondly,on the basis of determining the design scheme of the adjustment platform,starting with the minimum precision that the adjustment platform can achieve,the main parts of the platform-linear guide rail,servo motor,coupling,sliding guide rail,grating ruler and the required CCD camera are selected,checked and calculated.Finally,all the parts with proper selection are imported into the 3D Software Solidworks to determine the feasibility and rationality.At the same time,according to the results of simulated movement and actual measurement,the error analysis is carried out for each module,and the error analysis is carried out one by one to reduce the avoidable error as much as possible,and the main error is supplemented.Compensation test.Through the test,it is concluded that the application of the solder paste printing adjustment platform in the solder paste printing machine can greatly improve the printing accuracy of PCB,and can print miniaturized components and high-density PCB.It has farreaching significance and high application value for the future development of science and technology in China.
