With the increasing demand for data and multimedia communication,diversified network technologies play their respective roles in different fields.Converged 5G network enhances the ability of 5G network to support heterogeneous network,but the research on typical business scenario solution of 5G fixed-mobile convergence network is still in its infancy,and the ability to realize multi-screen interaction in the fixed-mobile convergence network architecture under the premise that the core network can identify the terminal is of great significance to the ability to expand new business.However,because the current multi-screen interaction mainly depends on the application layer realization,in the process of cross screen,operators is not aware of the network,equipment and other information,can not optimize the network resources timely,and provide Quality of Service(QoS)guarantee mechanism to the target equipment,bring the fixed-mobile convergence network resource advantages into play.In order to solve the above problems,this paper mainly study on the key technical issues of design and implementation of multi-screen interactive cross screen process.The main work of the study is as follows:1.In order to ensure that users always select the appropriate network to access various applications in heterogeneous networks,a network switching management scheme in an indoor environment is proposed.First,during the handover measurement phase,an adaptive network monitoring scheme is proposed to weigh the relationship between network changes monitoring timely and terminal energy consumption.Secondly,in the handover decision making stage,a scheme was proposed to divide indoor areas(entrance,frequent dwell areas)according to the user's dwell time,and use network and user motion status information to make handover decision.On the premise of ensuring the average Quality of Experience(QoE)of users,the number of unnecessary handover is reduced.2.A control strategy for the multi-screen interaction of transition process in which the network side actively senses and the device cooperation is proposed to enable the network side to trigger and control the multi-screen interaction mechanism.To meet the personalized needs of users,a target device selection decision algorithm based on network,device and historical information is proposed.Secondly,the 3rd Generation Partnership Project(3 GPP)5G fixed-mobile convergence-related standardization documents were analyzed in detail.The research on the access traffic steering,switching and splitting(ATSSS)function,can use the sensed screen information to realize traffic control through the enhancement of certain functions of the execution process.3.A simulation demonstration platform was built,client and server were developed to simulate the interaction between the device and the network side,and the feasibility and performance of the transition process were demonstrated and verified.
