With the large-scale construction of LTE network,the LTE user penetration rate has gradually increased,and the rise of a large number of real-time short video apps,the LTE business volume has increased rapidly.In 2018 alone,the daily traffic of nanchang mobile 4G network increased by 160%,leading to various LTE network traffic problems gradually emerged.Aiming at all kinds of big traffic scene,such as large-scale concerts,sporting events,important major summit,gathering and important transport hub,a large number of users will random access network in a short time,concentration of a concurrent upward and downward,the network impact and KPI/KQI indicators deteriorated seriously,seriously affect the users perceive and influenced the stability of the network.This paper starts with the mobile communication guarantee requirements under the LTE uplinking/descending traffic scenarios,learns various advanced technologies in the industry,and learns basic information related to resource management,mobility management and load balancing in the LTE system.Combined with the commercial network situation of China mobile,this paper mainly summarizes and analyzes the hybrid networking strategy of each frequency band in mobile communications,studies various reselection and switching parameter setting modes,and summarizes the general idea of hybrid networking based on the standard switching strategy between indoor and outdoor scenes and outdoor frequency bands.In this paper,the load balancing algorithm is analyzed,and the parameter setting method and strategy are analyzed.By the end of 2019,the KPI and KQI indexes of the two urban areas were used for data modeling,the corresponding conditions of KPI's influence on KQI were analyzed as a whole,and the perceptual threshold of KPI to KQI was summarized,which paved the way for the research of guarantee model.In view of the typical ascending scene of qiushui square in nanchang city and typical descending scene of waiting hall in nanchang railway station,the paper resets the largescale traffic situation,establishes the business model by region,and determines the guarantee key points.According to the perceptual threshold of KQI by KPI,the field network structure is constructed,and the various parameter setting modes are determined and the guarantee scheme of the big traffic scenarios is developed.After several months of efforts to complete the security scheme,the mobile communication guarantee effect of the two types of uplinking/downgoing big traffic scenarios was verified through the user test during the New Year's eve and the Spring Festival travel rush.In order to quickly and intuitively present all kinds of parameters and all kinds of on-site kpis in big traffic scenarios,an automation tool is written.The base station can be projected on the map and visually displayed by various colors and lines,which can directly and easily complete the monitoring and tuning work.It is also promoted in the production and operation,which provides convenience for the mobile communication guarantee in the big traffic scenarios and contributes to the perception improvement of a large number of users.
