On The Standardization Of Documents And Archives After The Founding Of The People's Republic Of China

In this paper,after the founding of the archives work standardization construction in China to study the development course,summarized in the 70 years since the founding of new China's achievements of the paper archives work standardization in our country,expounded in the implementation of this stage the documentation work standards,further analysis and evaluation of the present status of the documents the implementation of the standardization of archives work in China and the existing problems.To provide reference for the future development of the standardization of clerical and archival work.The thesis is divided into six parts.The first chapter is the introduction.This paper mainly describes the research background,research purpose and significance,domestic research status,research methods and research ideas.The second chapter is the development of the standardization of documents and archives after the founding of new China.Combed the documents after the founding of the development of standardization work of the four main stages: initial stage,the stagnation stage.The third chapter is the establishment of documents and archives standards after the founding of new China.From the party and government official document standard formulation,the paper document archives standard formulation,the document type electronic document standard formulation situation respectively carries on the elaboration.The fourth chapter is the implementation and supervision of the standards of documents and archives.The paper focuses on the preparation,implementation,supervision and evaluation of the implementation of documents and archives standards.The fifth chapter is the evaluation of the standardization of documents and archives after the founding of new China.Based on the analysis of the first three chapters on the standardization construction of documents and archives after the founding of the People's Republic of China,this paper points out that although the standardization of documents and archives has made many achievements,there are still some shortcomings to be strengthened.Chapter six is the conclusion.Some Suggestions are put forward for the future development of standardization of clerical and archival work.
