Ghost imaging,also known as association imaging,is an important branch of single-pixel imaging.Compared with traditional imaging methods,ghost imaging separates the process of image acquisition and image reconstruction,which is called "object imaging".This feature of ghost imaging also enables it to be imaged under different harsh conditions.In this paper,the discrete cosine transform(DCT)based on the quasi-optimal transform in image processing is used to reconstruct the ghost image with high quality and detect the front edge at low sampling rate.The scheme can promote the research process of fast ghost imaging and edge detection,aiming at the faster and better practical application of ghost imaging technology.First of all is the new concept of ghost imaging are introduced,the traditional ghost imaging(GI)and calculated the ghost imaging(CGI)and imaging process,the development of comparative study based on two-dimensional DCT and one-dimension DCT,based on the gaussian speckle,a d Hadamard transform and 2-d Hadamard transform in comparative analysis of different sampling conditions used to difference the irradiation light field,the method of solving the problem of the noise in the process of experiment.The simulation and experiment of ghost image reconstruction are carried out for binary target and multi-gray target respectively through the association operation of ghost image.Simulation and experimental results show that the ghost imaging scheme based on 2d DCT can achieve the best imaging effect at a low sampling rate.In order to solve the traditional edge detection in the traditional imaging process,we need to get the target object first,and then to the target object edge detection operation steps complex problem.The ghost imaging process of front edge detection based on 2d DCT was studied,and the edge detection and imaging process were synchronized successfully,and the edge information of the target was obtained directly when the target object was reconstructed.Two methods of direct edge detection and front edge detection are compared,and the results of edge detection with different detection matrices after ghost image reconstruction and with different edge detection operators are compared and analyzed respectively.The simulation results show that the edge detection can greatly improve the edge detection effect of ghost image reconstruction results.It provides the basis for the next fast ghost imaging and high quality ghost imaging and edge detection,which is convenient for the promotion and application of ghost imaging.
