In modern industrial automation applications,process control and manufacturing systems must have strong deterministic and real-time performance.Traditional Ethernet cannot meet the network performance requirements due to its limitations.The emergence of Time-Sensitive Networking(TSN)solves this problem.The scheduling mechanism is one of the core contents of TSN.Therefore,it is particularly important to research the TSN scheduling mechanism for automatic applications to ensure the deterministic and real-time transmission of key industrial data transmission.In order to ensure the deterministic and real-time transmission of key data in industrial automation network,this paper proposes a TSN scheduling scheme for industrial automation applications.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1.In view of the performance requirements of data transmission in industrial automation network,combining with the analysis of the existing TSN scheduling mechanism,a TSN scheduling scheme for industrial automation applications is proposed.This scheme defines the scheduling priority and Quality of Service(Qo S)requirements of data according to the requirements of industrial applications,and designs the corresponding scheduling mechanism and transmission mode for different scheduling queues,which provides efficient and stable transmission guarantee for high-priority data and satisfies the deterministic and real-time requirements of key industrial data.2.Based on the TSN scheduling scheme proposed in this paper,the worst-case endto-end delay of CDT and SR traffic is calculated,and a network bandwidth parameter optimization based on TSN-DE algorithm is proposed.This optimization takes network bandwidth and network schedulable condition as constraints,taking the real-time data transmission and network bandwidth utilization into consideration comprehensively,and makes the network bandwidth parameter configuration reach the dynamic optimal.3.A TSN simulation platform is built using Ne STi Ng-a TSN simulator based on OMNe T++.By constructing a typical industrial automation TSN simulation topology,the feasibility of the scheduling scheme in this paper is verified.The simulation results show that the scheduling scheme in this paper is reasonable and feasible,which satisfies the real-time data transmission and system schedulable requirements.4.The TSN-DE algorithm is implemented by matlab,and the calculation results show that the optimization algorithm can quickly converge and meet the needs of the optimization method.Then,by constructing the simulation topology,the network bandwidth parameters of the method and the comparative literature are used to conduct simulation experiments.The worst-case end-to-end delay formula and network bandwidth parameter optimization method are also compared and verified.The simulation results show that the worst-case end-to-end delay formula in this paper provides a safe upper limit for evaluating the real-time data transmission.The network bandwidth parameter optimization method can adjust the reserved bandwidth parameters according to the change of the network load,effectively balancing the real-time data transmission and network bandwidth utilization.
