Robots are now widely used,ushering in an unprecedented revolution that will lead the main trend of the information age of science and technology,and will completely change people's way of life.With the rapid development of science and technology and information in today's world,the robot era will become a new generation of scientific and technological products rising again after computers.Under this background,this paper proposes the subject of "design and implementation of dance robot based on microcontroller".The dance robot designed in this paper is characterized by imitating human appearance,simulating human characteristics,and having the appearance similar to human cartoon.At the same time,it is analyzed from the perspective of technology with certain technical content,and is formed by using a variety of technologies.Robot has become one of the great inventions of human beings since the 20 th century,and the development speed is changing with each passing day.According to several years of research,one of the most iconic strategic targets in high-tech products is occupied by robots.As an independent discipline,robotics is very complex.It integrates multiple disciplines into one,integrating information technology,electronic technology,mechanical manufacturing,intelligent technology,sensor technology,engineering mechanics,automatic control,industrial control and other disciplines.Thesis mainly expounds the definition,development course and current situation of the development of robots at home and abroad,were reviewed and the development prospect of the further detail,combined with the school to participate in all kinds of robot contest of design of dance robot,this paper puts forward the design requirements and design the production process,then determine the dance robot design,by analyzing a variety of design,to determine the optimal design scheme.This dance robot designed in this paper mainly adopts the bipedal design in its mechanical design,discusses the design basis and mechanism design,and elaborates the bending mechanism,turning mechanism,arm and head mechanism one by one,as well as the selection of hardware materials and profiles.The paper also focuses on the electrical circuit design of dance robot,in which the switch design and motor drive circuit design in hardware circuit design are the key design part,in addition to its single-chip microcomputer control system,voice design and motor selection also do a lot of specific work.Key part of the thesis is the software design part of the dance robot,the article puts forward the dance robot's whole structure,respectively,to implement dance movements of the robot is to write program,at the same time,through the Proteus simulation software system functionality to dance robot debugging,debugging through multiple simulation experiment,the hardware testing,its software debugging unceasingly,will eventually the machine debugging success,to achieve its full function,make its complete expected performance effect.
