Research On Data Governance And Modeling Of A Bank Data Platform

At present,the competition of China's banking industry is increasingly fierce.Especially in the current financial background,the state carries out financial de leveraging internally,returns to the financial policy of traditional business,and gradually liberalizes the authority of foreign banks externally,which makes the competition of banking industry more brutal.With the development of technology,it has more and more influence on all aspects of society,especially on the banking industry.A bank is an agricultural commercial bank under the agricultural credit system.All the comprehensive business systems are under the unified management of the Provincial Association,but it is also aware that the data will become an important asset of the bank.Therefore,on the premise that the provincial Associated Press agreed to distribute most of the system data,a bank decided to increase investment in technology,establish a data platform system based on big data,improve data quality management through data cleaning and processing,and establish a set of model system in line with market development and its own business needs,so that the data really becomes an important asset for a bank The bank understands customer needs,explores business development direction,strengthens its own strength,and makes important contributions to enhance market competitiveness.The main goal of this paper is to solve the problems of whether to establish a data platform,how to establish a data platform and how to make good use of the data platform.First of all,analyze the business requirements of each business department in the bank for data,and make clear the goal of establishing a bank data platform.After analyzing the technical framework,project implementation and application of each commercial bank's data platform,this paper puts forward the technical framework of a bank's data platform.Secondly,after determining the goal and strategy of building data platform,we need to study the key technologies of building data platform.Combined with the current technology situation in the market,several key technologies are studied,especially ETL tools.Thirdly,the feasibility and technical scheme of data governance are studied.It focuses on the algorithms that can be used in data cleaning and processing.In the process of processing duplicate data,k-nearest neighbor algorithm is used to solve the problem of duplicate data in the process of entering data warehouse.Finally,in the aspect of data application,the method and implementation of model building are studied.In terms of model building,we mainly study the conceptual model and logical model.We use the conceptual model to express the data model from the perspective of business,and use the logical model to express the description of data structure.Finally,the data application is presented to the business department in the form of reports,and several major tools in the market are studied in the report tools.It is hoped that this study can provide help for the unified storage,unified management and comprehensive application of a bank's data platform,improve the data processing capacity of a bank,and realize the comprehensive application of data.
