With the deepening of medical information technology, and informationtechnology in terms of clinical testing function has been further developed. Withthe continuous development of information processing technology and computernetworks, businesses have created a lot of computer information systems, of course,the health care system even more so. Data is the carrier of information, good dataquality is a variety of data analysis such as OLAP analysis, data mining, etc. can getthe basic conditions for a meaningful result. To make the data can effectivelysupport the daily operations of the various medical institutions and decision-makingrequires reliable data is correct, and therefore the assessment and evaluation ofmedical institutions to upload data to predict the outcome of the assessment is tostudy the contents of this paper.Based on the needs of various medical institutionsas well as the Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau,research, achieve a regional healthmanagement platform for data quality grading system, the monitoring layerprocessing, assessment layer processing, logging and other modules, while theARIMA model was studied to learn.The system processes the data stream is the core and foundation of the regionalhealth management platform for data quality grading system, the quality of theprocess to achieve a direct impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of the entiremanagement system. Here we have the data processing module is divided into twoparts, namely, monitoring and evaluation to assess layer processing module layerprocessing module.In this paper, implementation monitoring layer by executing a stored procedurefor each medical institution uploaded daily data timeliness, field accuracy,completeness, and relevance constraints monitoring and extracted from the datasource under the monitoring process data content, complete cleaning and extractionof data. Assessment evaluation layer implements three main functions, monitoringand evaluation of data, assessment and evaluation topics score is calculatedassessment data, and provide data for the web front display.In this paper, we need some useful data and evaluation results were studied topredict future trends, the use of trend forecasting techniques ARIMA models topredict future trends, and make decisions based on knowledge.In this paper, the actual realization of the system has been running effectivelyreach the health authorities for various medical institutions understand the daily data in real time, leaders at all levels can clearly see the various medical institutionsof the indicators rated from the front interface, while ensuring the smoothimplementation of the health network project.
