In engineering,vibration is inevitable.Due to the inherent defects of passive vibration isolation,the effect of vibration isolation is limited.Compared with the passive vibration isolation system,the active vibration isolation system has stronger adaptability to the vibration environment and better isolation ability.The vibration of the engine on the vehicle will lead to the change of the benchmark of the photoelectric precision measuring instrument on the vehicle,which will lead to the poor measurement accuracy of the instrument.In this paper,the active vibration isolation technology is applied to solve the above problems,and the control method of the electromagnetic actuator in the active vibration isolation system is studiedFirstly,the vibration isolation principle and structure of electromagnetic actuator are introduced.This paper introduces the structure of electromagnetic actuator and the basic theory of electromagnetic field.On this basis,it expounds the working principle and vibration isolation principle of electromagnetic actuator.According to the structure and electromagnetic theory of electromagnetic actuator used in this paper,the mathematical model of electromagnetic actuator is established.Based on the second law of Newton and the mathematical model of electromagnetic actuator,the mathematical model of the whole active vibration isolation system is established.Secondly,based on the mathematical model of the active vibration isolation system,PID control and fuzzy PID control are used to control the active vibration isolation system.Under different frequency disturbance of vibration source,the simulation experiment is carried out by Matlab / Simulink.The experimental results show that under PID control and fuzzy PID control,the vibration isolation effect of the system can reach more than90%,and the vibration isolation effect is very ideal.Compared with PID control,under the fuzzy PID control,the system has less time to reach stability,and the stability effect is better than PID control.Then,considering that the active vibration isolation system is affected by all kinds of external interference,this paper studies the sliding mode variable structure control of active vibration isolation system.Through the MATLAB / Simulink simulation experiment,the experimental results show that the sliding mode variable structure control can overcomethe influence of uncertain disturbance on the active vibration isolation system,and the vibration isolation effect is good.Finally,based on the experimental platform of active vibration isolation system,the digital controller of electromagnetic actuator is designed.The DSP controller is designed with the digital signal processor VC33 of Texas Instrument Company as the main control chip,and the vibration signal acquisition module with FPGA as the experimental platform.The application of PID control algorithm is studied on the experimental platform,and the effect is good.
