Along with the information technology continuous development,the indoor positioning technology also gradually develop maturely.One of the keys in that is that the indoor positioning technology based on Bluetooth Low Energy has gradually become a popular field,which is widely used in medical emergency,shopping guidance,enterprise management and other scenarios.However,due to the limitation of positioning accuracy and efficiency,the indoor positioning technology based on BLE is difficult to be promoted widely.Based on the theory of BLE-Based indoor positioning technology,the BLE-Based indoor fingerprinting positioning technology is studied in this thesis,aiming to propose an optimization method with high positioning accuracy and low algorithm complexity,so that the BLE-Based indoor fingerprinting positioning can satisfy practical demand of high-level precision and high-level efficiency engineering requirement.The main work of this thesis is summarized as following:(1)Indoor fingerprinting positioning algorithm precision optimizationThe improving filtering method combined with Gaussian filter and Mean filter is used to reduce the noise of RSSI signal,which improving the precision of RSSI signal data.Aiming to resolve the poor precision of indoor positioning,this thesis adopts RSSI signal intensity matching algorithm based on Euclidean distance reciprocal weighted,which is proved by experimental analysis.(2)Indoor fingerprinting positioning algorithm efficiency optimizationThe indoor-fingerprint space division can be used to divide the online localization into smaller indoor areas so as to reduce the data calculation in the localization stage,and effectively reduce the localization time cost.However,because of the poor stability and accuracy of traditional spatial clustering scheme,the optimization of indoor fingerprint location efficiency will be unstable and the location accuracy will be lost.This paper proposes an improved spatial fuzzy clustering method,which can effectively improve the stability and accuracy of indoor fingerprint algorithm.The efficiency of indoor fingerprint location algorithm is improved by improved spatial fuzzy clustering.(3)Application to Positioning of Warehousing GoodsAccording to the needs of the storage management for the rapid acquisition of storage location information,with the improved indoor fingerprint location algorithm in this thesis,the BLE-Based indoor fingerprinting positioning simulation system is designed,and the simulation experiment proves that the system can accurately locate the storage goods and help the storage management to obtain the location information accurately and quickly.
