Radio wave is widely used in communication network,broadcast,target detection,navigation and other fields.The receiving and transmitting of radio wave depends on antenna.The directivity of a single antenna is limited,but the actual working situation of the antenna often requires that the antenna has the characteristics of high gain,high directivity and low sidelobe.Sometimes,the beam direction of the antenna needs to be changed for scanning.At this time,the antenna array is needed to complete the performance index that a single antenna cannot achieve.Based on the research background of the antenna array,this paper studies the related problems in the beamforming and internal calibration.This paper introduces the optimization method,mutual coupling calibration method and internal calibration method of the array beamforming in detail,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing methods,and on this basis,puts forward a new fitness function and new internal calibration method,which are verified on this basis.The main work of this paper can be divided into the following aspects:1.Enumerate and analyze the process of beamforming optimization method of antenna array,analyze the differences of optimization methods for multi-objective and multi parameter array pattern optimization,and realize the optimization of antenna array using optimization algorithm.2.Based on the analysis of the original optimization method of beamforming,a piecewise continuous fitness function is proposed from the fitness function,which is analyzed theoretically and applied to the optimization algorithm.On this basis,it is verified and compared with the original algorithm,and the convergence speed of the algorithm is significantly improved,And the inhibition of precocity.3.Introduce the calibration method,analyze the source of noise and the influence of noise on the formation of antenna pattern,and verify the upper limit of the influence of noise on pattern through Bernoulli experiment and mathematics,so as to provide the basis for array design.4.Based on the FFT internal calibration method,the FFT internal calibration model is analyzed,and hadamard matrix is applied to the internal calibration.This method uses hadamard matrix to break the limitation of the number of calibration unitsin FFT internal calibration,and further improves the set of internal calibration method.At the same time,the accuracy of its calibration is explored in depth.5.Based on MCM method,a method of receiving and transmitting channel simultaneous calibration for antenna array is proposed.The analysis of antenna array is relatively complete and the calibration accuracy is improved.The channel function is divided into transmitting channel function and receiving channel function.Not only the antenna system is further decomposed,but also the transmitting channel and receiving channel can be calibrated at the same time.The calibration accuracy and error sources of this method are analyzed.6.In this paper,the array and feed network of phased array antenna are designed,and the array and feed network are simulated and tested.
