Research On Emotion State Transfer Of Netizens Based On SOAR Model

In recent years,with the rapid development of the mobile Internet,various types of network socialization media have emerged.The Internet has become the main platform for the public to express personal opinions,emotions and attitudes,and has become an important field for the interaction of netizen groups and has become an important medium for the rapid spread of incident information.However,the rapid dissemination and discussion of incident information will breed netizens' unequivocal opinions and emotional venting,which will cause the netizens' emotional state to shift.When the incident breaks out,if the process of the transferring the emotional state of netizens to the negative emotional state is not controlled and guided,the public opinion is easily extreme and even endangers social security and stability.Therefore,it is necessary to study the phenomenon of emotional state transfer of netizens in unexpected events,and provide corresponding theoretical support and countermeasures for the government to effectively grasp and monitor unexpected online events.The SOAR model is a well-known theoretical cognitive model,which provides a general framework of "content+architecture" for individual cognitive behaviors,ing cognitive behavior into a process in which the state of the problem space changes over time,and can better describe the emotional state transfer of netizens from the perspective of cognitive decision-making.This paper is based on the SOAR model to simulate the process of emotional state transfer of netizens,and then analyzes the mechanism of emotional state transfer of netizens in different types of events and the impact of government behavior on the emotional state transfer of netizens.Firstly,the SOAR agent emotional state transition model is designed based on the SOAR model architecture,including the emotional state transfer rules of the netizens,SOAR agent module design and simulation algorithm design.Secondly,combined with the microblog cases of unexpected events in accident disasters,public health and social security,the sentiment analysis of Weibo and the extraction of feature words of government emergency response strategy,statistics of netizens' emotional state,and extraction of netizens' emotional state transfer rules.Finally,the effectiveness of the simulation model is verified by combining the real case data and simulation data.Then,through the simulation experiment,the mechanism of the emotional state transition of netizens in different types of events and the influence of government behavior on the emotional state transfer of netizens are found.
