Wireless Sensor Network Security Routing Strategy Based On Q-Learning

Wireless sensor networks are vulnerable to various security threats due to their own limitations.Most of the research works are only for specific types of attacks,and many of works are flawed in improving the routing efficiency of wireless sensor nodes,which will lead to very limited application scenarios.In addition,most research works do not design wireless sensor networks' protocol stacks,which has an impact on improving the routing efficiency of wireless sensor nodes.In order to ensure the safe and efficient routing of wireless sensor networks under various conditions,this paper improves the Q-Learning strategy and proposes a relatively safe and efficient routing scheme.Firstly,the wireless sensor network protocol stack is studied to optimize the relationship between layers and design the data packet format.Secondly,the various result characteristics caused by the attack in the wireless sensor network are analyzed.The characteristics of these attacks are discarded packets,changed packets and interference routes.The wireless sensor nodes acquire these features through the watchdog mechanism.At the same time,in order to maximize the energy efficiency of wireless sensor networks,this paper also considers the energy efficiency factors of wireless sensor nodes,such as the residual energy of wireless sensor nodes and the distance from base station nodes.Finally,the improved trust value of the wireless sensor node is updated and the routing operation is performed through the improved Q-Learning routing algorithm.The experimental results show that: 1)The proposed method provides a more secure routing strategy and can effectively deal with multiple types of attacks;2)The proposed method is lightweight and reliable compared to other existing trust-based methods.It provides better energy efficiency with higher packet delivery rates and can adapt to different environmental conditions.The secure routing scheme based on Q-Learning algorithm proposed in this paper which provides a new idea for effectively solving the problem of data routing security in wireless sensor networks.It can cope with potential multiple security threats and also has good energy efficiency.
