With the advancement of China's industrialization process,industrial clusters have become an important feature of China's economic development.Long-term stable and competitive collaboration relationships are established among cluster members.And in promoting regional economic development,it is playing an increasingly important role.In this paper,industrial cluster is regarded as a business organization model with dynamic flexibility and extensive collaboration that offers diversified products and meets personalized needs for customers.With the rapid development of the economy,people's living standards are constantly improving.And consumers' demand for products is gradually becoming more personalized,diversified and differentiated.The cycle of product renewal is shortening continuously,and the requirement for rapid response to the market is increasing.Product comprehensive evaluation is very important for the manufacturing industry and is an important basis for product optimization and update.However,the acquisition of evaluation information and the scientific evaluation model are the biggest obstacles to product optimization and update.There is a lot of cluster data available in industrial cluster generalized manufacturing system.Mining useful information from industrial cluster product data.Then transforming information into knowledge and providing knowledge services.It has become an important research content in the field of knowledge management.This paper is aimed at the problem of information acquisition and evaluation model in product comprehensive evaluation.Based on the text mining technology,the sentiment orientation analysis technology and the LDA topic model algorithm,to conduct the research on topic discovery.And applying the results of topic discovery to knowledge services of product evaluation.Therefore,data-driven product comprehensive evaluation of industrial cluster generalized manufacturing system is constructed.And enrich the original product evaluation methods.Data-driven product evaluation mainly refers to the generation of data that can express the relationship between the product and the outside world in the process of interaction between the product and the outside world(such as users,environment,etc.).By modelling and analyzing these data,mining the relevance and hidden patterns of things.The purpose is to assist in the process of product optimization and update.This paper takes data-driven as the core to study product comprehensive evaluation in industrial cluster generalized manufacturing system,and proposes product comprehensive evaluation model.Starting from the product-related data available in industrial cluster,applying data mining techniques and methods,including data acquisition,cleaning-up,mining,and algorithm selection,mining the hidden knowledge behind the data into the product comprehensive evaluation process.The purpose is to determine the number of dimensions of the product comprehensive evaluation,and to define the weighting factors for each dimension.In-depth study on the key technologies and methods used in the product comprehensive evaluation process.Determine the scoring matrix formula of product comprehensive evaluation and the method of calculating contribution degree.Through the quantitative process of product comprehensive evaluation,it innovatively solves the difficult problem of product evaluation process.It can accurately measure the advantages and disadvantages of each dimension of the product and the overall performance,and effectively analyze the consumer's emotional tendency and comprehensive evaluation towards the product.In addition,based on the research of related technologies and methods,this paper design product comprehensive evaluation auxiliary analysis system for the business problem of datadriven product comprehensive evaluation.Including the system's structure framework design,the system's technical framework design and the system's functional module design.And some modules of the system were developed and implemented.The purpose is to assist cluster enterprises to solve related business problems,and shorten the time for solving product comprehensive evaluation business problems,and lay a solid foundation for the vigorous development of member enterprises in industrial clusters.
