Design And Implementation Of Certification Information Platform For CCIC Ningbo Company

The meaning of management system certification refers to assessing the management system and awarding authentication certificate,registration of the organization by the third party certification authority,according to the management system standard.Certification activity proves to the public that all activities of the organization meet the standard of a management system standard,its core activities is the audit work.Along with the swift development of Chinese economy,and various types of international and domestic management system standards on the continuously deepen in all walks of life,the domestic demand for certification industry is also gradually growing.Certification industry in China has formed a huge market,with the development of the certification industry,the business of various certification authorities is expanding,the functions of auditors and managers are more detailed,and the management is becoming more and more complicated.The traditional management methods such as: telephone communication,office software and other ways to deal with all kinds of information of the certification process have impeded the development of the certification industry.At present,more and more enterprises begin to customize and introduce all kinds of industry management software,and its detailed module design and efficient management mode are favored by masses of users.The management department of certification industry is in urgent need of a system of information platform about certification business,in order to improve the efficiency of inquiry,and make the management of certification and audit work more convenient and fast.This dissertation is based on the needs of information management for the certification business of China Certification & Inspection Group Ningbo Co.,Ltd.(CCIC Ningbo for short),designed an information platform which is a management information system(MIS)integrated various functions of certification activities.This system is designed with the idea of Object-Oriented method,based on workflow technique,implemented a lightweight workflow engine.The system used Delphi7 as developing tool and My SQL as database management system,and in addition,some modules of the original OA system of CCIC Ningbo are invoked into each other to set up a certification management information platform.The system is integrated with almost all information management functions of certification activities of CCIC Ningbo such as: login module,customer file management module,audit standard information module,audit work arrangement module and so on.This dissertation includes:1.the background and significance of management information system for certification industry 2.brief of development tool and workflow technology 3.system's business and functional requirements analysis 5.the design and implementation of database and workflow engine 6.the design of overall system 7.the design and implementation of each module 7.brief introduction of source code 8.system test and conclusion.The design philosophy and ideas within this dissertation about certification industry management information system may provide the reference for the general certification authorities.
