Intelligent Analysis And Image Quality Diagnosis Of Video Monitoring System

There exist many disadvantages with the traditional video monitoring system,such as limited functionality,low usability of video data,and non-autonomous analytical ability.With the evolutional development of network transmission data rate,the increasing number of video monitoring systems along with its exponential data volume increase have strengthened even more the potential issues of the entire video system of both software and hardware and its subsequent maintenance.Therefore,it becomes ultimately important to develop a new video monitoring system capable of fault diagnosis and intelligence analysis.This thesis has studied the technologies of image preprocessing,moving object detection and image post-processing,as part of the extraction and processing of moving objects,in order to realize four intelligence analysis functions that consist of cross boundary detection,intrusion detection of warning area,left-over object detection and moving object tracking.Through the subjective and objective image quality evaluation system,the thesis studies the possible fault types and causes of both fronthaul and backhaul subsystems.It has carried out periodical inspection and diagnosis of issues at use of video monitoring system,such as image blur,black and white image and abnormal extraction data rate.By studying the realization of the function of intelligence video analysis,the video monitoring system can be improved to be capable of event judging and analyzing functionality,and to substantially enhance the autonomous analytical ability.Ultimately it presents a set of practical applications with analysis and diagnosis function of intelligent video surveillance system.This thesis takes the exhibition buildings in Gansu province as the application subject and analyzes the architectural characteristics and its requirements,using the intelligence video analysis function to improve the overall security level,and support the reliable operation of the video monitoring system with the application of image quality diagnosis technology.It develops a video monitoring system with the intelligence video analysis function and the self-diagnosis function of image quality,improving the overall control ability of the public gathering location,and guaranteeing the long-term and stable operation of the video monitoring system.
