Exploring the spatial pattern of a city is of great significance to the ubiquitous computing and planning of urban.The construction of smart cities can effectively relieve the pressure of urban traffic and improve the quality of urbanization.POI data and taxi GPS trajectory contain rich urban spatial and temporal information,which is an important carrier to study urban layout and urban functional area analysis.In this paper,based on POI data of lanzhou city,the clustering analysis method is applied to identify the urban functional areas of Lanzhou city.Based on POI data and GPS trajectory of urban taxi,a new recommendation algorithm for urban commercial location is proposed by analyzing the movement law of urban residents and the distribution characteristics of urban POI.This is of great significance to intelligent urban transportation,urban planning and urban economic development.The specific research contents of this paper include:(1)Studying the identification of functional areas in lanzhou based on urban POI data.MNTG(Minnesota Traffic Generator)is used to obtain the map information of Lanzhou city,and the POI is matched with the city map by geometric method.The raster method is used to divide the urban area reasonably to obtain the study quadrat,and the basic information of POI in the grid is analyzed.An urban functional area recognition algorithm based on PAM clustering algorithm is constructed to identify the urban area of Lanzhou,and the recognition results are analyzed and visualized.Experimental results show that this algorithm can quickly and effectively identify the functional areas of a city.(2)Providing a commercial location recommendation based on GPS track and POI data of urban taxi.Firstly,the taxi GPS trajectory and POI data are preprocessed and matched with map,Then the city traffic district is grided.Using the OD matrix of traffic district,the traffic flow characteristics between traffic district is analyzed.Combining the distribution features and semantic attributes of POI,a recommendation algorithm for commercial site selection is proposed..The effectiveness and practicability of the recommendation algorithm is verified by using GPS trajectory and POI data,The results are visualized on the grid of urban.Experimental results show that this recommendation algorithm can not only recommend reasonable commercial site selection,provide a fast and effective visual quantitative analysis method for commercial site selection decision,but also provide a decision basis for the spatial layout planning of urban public service facilities.
